The Homeless Grapes Wine Project

Chalk Hill have three tonnes of beautiful Shiraz grapes that they can’t pick. The grapes are, in a sense, homeless. Now, they’ve offered the grapes up to anyone willing to make a donation to the Hutt Street Centre.

Now these grapes have been turned into a good quality McLaren Vale Shiraz which will be sold at only $15 a bottle with all proceeds going straight to the Hutt St Centre. The batch should ready in around 9-12 months, and you can order now to have some delivered straight to your doorstep.

There will only be around 200 dozen, so get in quick.

Alternatively (or additionally), you could pick the wines this Sunday in Willunga. There will beats to keep you inspired, an Argentinian grill to keep you energised and some Vale Ale to keep you replenished.
