Taste of Perth All Weekend,  Langley Park

A gathering of Perth’s best restaurants will take over Langley park this weekend, serving up their most iconic dishes as well as creative specials. Dishes start at a mere $6 each and there will be more samples than you can poke a stick at. 

 
Incubate Markets May 16/17 South Terrace and Hendersen Street, Fremantle

This brand new pop up market in Freo aims to “incubate” new designers (hence the name). The market is set to be a weekly affair, providing a lively trading atmosphere. 
  
Spanish Film Festival All Weekend, Cinema Paradiso, Northbridge

If you’re having withdrawal symptoms since the end of the French Film Festival, then get your dosage of Mediterranean on-film flare at this year’s Spanish film festival. 

 
ANZANG Photographer of the Year Exhibition All Weekend,  Western Australian Museum

The Australian Geographic and Soith Australian Museum’s joint venture returns to Perth for another year to present the top photography pics of 2014. With dazzling photos of Australia, New Zealand, Antarctica and Papua New Guinea, it will be well worth leaving the house for. 

  
Captain’s Lane Summer Fest Finale Sunday May 17th, Captains Lane, Fremantle

As part of the Bathers Beach Precinct Art Open Day in conjunction with the Fremantle Heritage Festival, this Sunday marks the last edition of the Captains Lane Summer Fest for the season. Art and food stalls will line the lane with studios open also. Farewell the warm weather in creative style.
