Fashion Weekend All Weekend, Royal Hall of Industries

Over 100 Australian designers gather this weekend for fashion’s biggest pop up. Exclusive discounts will be up for grabs, and runway shows will be going for inspiration. 

  

Pyrmont Festival May 16/17, Pirrama Park, Pyrmont 
Food, drink and entertainment will be the focus of this, the main event of the Pyrmont Food, Art and Wine Festival. Live music by local artists will be complemented by Mudgee wines and more than 50 stalls worth of fine foods. 

 

Frankie’s Pizza Vinyl Fair Sunday May 17th, Frankie’s Pizza by the Slice, Hunter Street

After a successful debut event in February, Frankie’s Vinyl Fair returns with more stalls and rarer stock. They’ve been brewing a special beer to be released on the day and there will be live bands from midday.

Often claimed to be the best of the Bond films, Dr. No returns to the big screen this weekend as part of the Palace Norton Vintage Classics series. 

 

Hot Dub Time Machine May 15/16, Metro Theatre

This highly popular act tends to sell out pretty quickly, so it’s a good thing that DJ Tom Loud has decided to do three of his Hot Dub Time Machine sets this weekend in Sydney alone. The set will begin with tunes from 1954, slowly progressing to 2015 with plenty of favorites alomg the way.
