What’s on in Melbourne this weekend?
The team from Mr Wow’s Emporeum are collaborating with Ketel One Citreon to create an alcoholic version of the Arnold Palmer; a traditionally non-alcoholic mix of lemonade and iced tea invented after it was ordered by the famous golfer at the 1960 U.S. open. Entry is free and you can enjoy a round or two of mini golf.
The Jazz Festival is officially here and you can expect venues all over the city to be overtaken with jazz. Highlights for this weekend include the Acrobat Dining Room Tale Saturday night, free jazz shows in Fed Square tonight and the Nicolas Ospina Trio on Sunday.
Bag yourself some bargains with up to 80% off samples and past season stock from Weathered, Saturday’s NYC and plenty more. Both men’s and women’s clothing will be available.
Over 70,000 records will be on offer at the first of Record and CD fair of the year. Entry is just $4 and gives you the opportunity to shop records of all genres at cheap prices.
Mark Howsen is honoured with the inaugural exhibition of St Kilda’s newest art space, G3 Gallery. Howson made a name for himself in the art world at a young age; winning the Painting Prize at VCA and exhibiting his work at the NGV aged 21. This weekend is your last chance to see the exhibition.
