Truffle season it back and Prahan markets is holding two days of truffle goodness to celebrate. There will be cooking demonstrations, truffle hunts, truffle morsel tastings and truffle products on sale so that you can take the fun home with you.
Fashion institution, Alex Euphemia, may have shut its doors, but it’s back in business tomorrow for one of its infamous warehouse sales. One-off exclusives, seconds, samples, end of season stock and fabric will all be up for grabs.
Warm up with this large scale Sunday roast at the Queen Victoria Markets where various stalls will be carving, slow cooking, roasting and bringing out the spit. The feast will be complemented with comfort food cooking demonstrations, market tours and more.

Celebrate winter country style just in time for winter solstice. This event is part carnival, part fair with live music and entertainment thrown in on top. Local produce and food will be available throughout the day, with a fire lighting ritual taking place at dusk.
